Milon Fitness Circuit – MSC II

Once inserted the chip card, you can start your individual training at an optimal level. The new Milon machines provide a personal and timesaving workout without any health risk.

The Milon power and endurance machines run through a chip card. Your individual settings and training weights are saved on the chip card. When you sit down or lie down on the machine, you can insert the card and (the) back rest, seat and handles move to the position which is ideal for you.

This position is determined and saved onto your chip card by a trainer during the first personal training assessment. In case the weight is too light, you can change it manually - well dosed in “one-kilo-steps”. The changes are saved automatically on the chip. 

Device features/advantages of circuit training

  • All Milon machines (cardio and strength) are equipped with a chest strap which measures the pulse. This enables an effective cardiovascular training and protects you against overstrain.
  • Therapeutic barriers fixed at the machines prevent wrong movement amplitudes (prevent injuries).
  • Calorie consumption rises! As the breaks between the exercises are shorter than in usual workout, the pulse remains higher throughout the whole training.
  • The documentation with chip card provides the health insurance organisation with evidence, like bonuses or rehabilitation measures for instance.
  • The exact documentation on the chip card motivates you additionally. So, you can have a look at your training diary on the computer.

Milon Strength-Endurance Circuit

This circuit is the best training solution for teens, seniors, beginners and advanced sportsmen as well as everyone who wants to improve their strength endurance. The fully electronic power circuit offers an effective and time-saving whole body training.

The exercise sequence is perfectly synchronised: You will need 60 seconds for each weight training device and four minutes for cardio. Thera are also recovery phases of 30 seconds in between.

Thanks to a chip card controller (bracelet or chip card) all miltronic devices automatically adjust to your individual body measurements and training schedule. There are neither adjustment errors nor over- and underload.
